She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Corbin Witmer and Helen Genevieve Witmer (Gould); her husband Clifford John Steele; her stepson Danny Steele; her siblings, Marry Williams and Gary L. Witmer, Sr.; and her brother-in-law Lauren Hankins, Sr..
She is survived by: her stepson John; her son David (Diana); her sister Norma Hankins; and her grandchildren, Greg Steele (Deanna), Jessica Persinger (Matt), Cliff Steele, Cara Higginbotham, Dave Steele (Lindsay), Michael Thompson (Yvonne) and Sherryl Steele.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or to the American Diabetes Association and may be entrusted to the mortuary.
