She is survived by: her sons, Stan Hayes of Joplin and Steven Hayes (Deb) of Joplin; her grandchildren, Anna Elizabeth Hayes of Joplin, Adam Dale Hayes of Springfield, Sara Diane Hayes of Joplin, Jacquelyn Noelle Hayes, James Lee Hayes of Del Mar, Nitasha Gail Forsythe of Webb City, Katelyn Michelle Bass of Diamond, Ryan Patrick Hayes of Hannibal and Joe Wright Hayes of Columbia, Missouri; her great grandchild Anthony Raul Ramos of San Diego; and her sister Bonnie Swanson of Duquesne, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
