The memory of Sam Rex Headley of Joplin, Missouri, who passed away on March 25, 2025 at the age of 26, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He is survived by: his parents, James C. Headley (Jim) and Mary E Young Headley; his wife Deering Cummings Headley; his children, Lucas Headley and Oakley Headley; his sisters, Clara Headley, Tara Ransdell (Dustin Ransdell) and Markie Headley; his niece Elizabeth Ransdell; and his grandmother Betty Herrin. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Ozark Funeral Homes - Anderson (100 Spring St, Anderson, MO 64831). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Headly Family for Sam's Funeral Fund c/o the funeral home.
