She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Baldwin and Helen Baldwin (Denny); her husband Danniel "Joe" Prater; her sons, Todd (Carrie), Jeff and Tim (Carey); her grandchildren, Alexis, Reese, Brooks, Sophia and Hadley; and her siblings, Mary Carrington, Gene Baldwin (Gloria) and Carl Baldwin (Cheryl).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made be made to the American Cancer Society, in care of the mortuary.
