She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Jackson and Anna Redington Jackson. She is survived by: her close friend Jimmy Lewis Carter; her sister Kay Rutledge (Art); her sons, Mitchel Carter (Gale) and Stan Carter (Beth); her grandchildren, Heather Lankford (Shad), Cory Carter and Timothee Gonzalez (Gilbert); her great grandchildren, Gage, Drew, Chantel, Cole Lankford, Taylor, Jackson Carter, Gilbert and Marco Gonzalez; her siblings, Wautheda Wilson, Maxine Lee, Norman Jackson and Oran Jackson; and her grandson Christopher Carter.
