He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spencer (Bill) and Violet Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Terri Spencer (Weeks); his sons, Travis Spencer (Tara) and Kris Spencer (Katelyn); and his siblings, Pam England, Greg Spencer and Dennis Spencer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
