She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Tingle and Jesse Pearl Tingle (Messer); her husband Delmar R. Smith; her sons, Gary W. Smith and Phillip R. Smith; and her siblings, Frank Tingle, Juanita Whisner, Geneva Conrow, Nellie Fredricks and Violet Gilliam.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Michelle Robbins (Scot); her great grandchildren, Joshua Robbins (Jasmine), Jeremy Robbins and Morgan Brown (Miles); and her great great grandchild Jaxon Brown.

She was a wonderful, beautiful woman that was so very loved by my mom, Carolyn Whisner Ragan, my sister, Melissa Ragan Thomas, and myself, Michele Ragan Hotsenpiller. She was vibrant and lively and will be truly missed. It’s comforting to know that she is reunited with Uncle Delmar, her children, her sisters and my parents.
