Thorn (Lee Ann) of Bartlesville, OK; his grandchildren, Stacy Provenzano (Joshua) of Duncan, OK, Brandi Heinz (Michael) of Washington, DC, Tiffney Testerman (Nicholas) of Joplin, MO, Lindsay Boyett (Chasten) of Oklahoma City, OK, Ryan Thorn of New York City, NY, Mark Thorn of Colorado Springs, CO, Craig Thorn of Bartlesville, OK and Megan Norman (Joey) of Kansas City, MO; his great grandchildren, Keely Thorn of Duncan, OK, Jaxon Provenzano of Duncan, OK, J'cie Provenzano of Duncan, OK, Lillian Testerman of Joplin, MO, Josephine Testerman of Joplin, MO, Luke Wood of Oklahoma City, OK, Zara Boyett of Oklahoma City, OK and Luke Norman of Kansas City, MO; his great great grandchild Cali Gueera of Duncan, OK; and his sister Bonnie Thorn of Des Moines, IA.. He is also survived by friends, especially his children, his grandchildren, and his great-grandchildren.
