He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Blackadar Sinclair, Sr. and Louise Sinclair (Hearn); and his sister Peggy Sinclair Haan. He is survived by: his brother Gary Sinclair (Lee) of Nova Scotia, Canada; and his close friend Kurt Hopson (Patricia) of Joplin.
