She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Houston Watts and Velma Ruth Watts (Casbeer); her former spouse Lonnie Lee Watts; and her siblings, W. C. Watts, Bob Watts, Burneal Watts, Louise Rose and Ione Acklin.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Rowell; and her children, Starla Cannon (Ray), Roxanne Snipes, Tanya Baugh (Fred), Steve Watts (Suzette), Rob Rowell (Sherry) and Billy Rowell, Jr. (Angie). She is also survived by twenty one grandchildren; and forty great-grandchildren.
