She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Bass and Effie Bass; the father of her children Paul Stokes; her husband Fred Ivy; her son Steve Stokes; her brother Charles Bass; her son-in-law Larry Staples; and her great grandchild Josh Michael.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Staples, Randy Stokes (Pat) and Scott Stokes (Jeannie); and her sister Louise Hughes. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren.
