He is survived by: his parents, Dee Hoag of Joplin and Patrick Hoag; his daughters, Sydney and Carsyn Smith of Carl Junction; his siblings, Dr. Tracey Poston (Brad Woodall) of Boston, MA and John Hoag (Michelle) of Singapore; his aunts, Sharon Comstock of Arcadia, KS and Donna Johnson of Joplin; his uncle Mike Hughes (Tinney) of Grove, OK; his nieces and nephews, Laney Hoag, Jackson Hoag and Sam Wang; and his uncle Jimmy Hughes.
