He was predeceased by: his mother Mariam Dice. He is survived by: his son Derek Dice of Nevada; his siblings, Donald Dice (Stanley Dice) of Lamar and Penny Pratt (David) of Lamar; his father William Dice (Joy) of Nevada; and his granddaughter Blair Dice of Nevada. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
