He was predeceased by: his brother Brad Cunningham; his grandparents, William Morgan, Rachel Morgan, Anthony Frischenmeyer and Mary Frischenmeyer; and his uncle Carl Frischenmeyer.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bryan of Clearwater, Bruce of Clearwater and Rona Cellers (David) of Hutchinson; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy of Hutchinson, Anthony (Gabby Quinonez) of Hutchinson, Casey Frischenmeyer (Theresa) of Hutchinson, Kris Richards of Partridge, Joshua Cellers of Hutchinson, Aaron Mathew Cellers of Hutchinson, Kylie Frischenmeyer, Andi Lynn Frischenmeyer, Heather Dawn Kortus (Adam) of Inman, Darianne Frischenmeyer of Topeka and Chloe Frischenmeyer of Sterling. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles; and several children.
