He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Cable and Jennie E. Cable (Bean); his wife Dorothy M. "Dottie" Swanson; and his daughter Cindy Howard. He is survived by: his children, Robert D. Cable of Brockwell, AR, Belinda Pace of Brockwell and Sally Fitzgerald of Mountain Home, AR; and his nephew Dr. Edward W. Cable (Susie Hickam) of Independence, MO. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the First Christian Church of Joplin, or Crosslines Churches of Joplin.
