He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Prudence Bruffey and Carl Bruffey; his brothers, Donald and Blair; his daughter Barbara Bruffey Jacquez; his wife RuthAnn Bruffey; his daughter Kathryn Bruffey Heaps (Galen) of Eldersburg; his son-in-law Alan Jacquez of Ellicott City; his daughters, Rhonda Randall Camerer (Todd) of Loma Linda, Roanna Randall Dowell (Steve) of Joplin and Kristina Randall Sokolenko of Lawrence; and his niece Shirley Harden (Dwight) of Morganstown. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
The family will hold a Covid 19-compliant private service for the internment of ashes at Ozark Memorial Cemetery at a later date to be determined.
