He is survived by: his wife Lavonne Tracy (Phelps); his children, Jennifer L. Tracy of Neosho, MO and Rick L. Tracy Jr. (Kelli) of Galena, KS; his grandchildren, Rickie Tracy III of Galena, Chelsea Seitz (Mikey) of Galena, Dillon Katzer (Kayla) of Baxter Springs, KS and Cody Carrico of Galena; his great grandchildren, Lily Carrico, Nora Katzer and Ella Katzer; and his siblings, Randy Tracy (Kimberly) of Wagner, OK, John Tracy (Clevia) of Joplin, MO, Richard "Pork" Tracy (Michelle) of Neosho, Cathy Barnett (Dave) of Neosho and Cheri McPherson (Bill Kollmeyer) of Carthage. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
