He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Jack and Marilyn Scacewater; and his daughter Kimberly. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Mark and Todd (Dezi); his stepdaughter Lindsay (Chris Davitt); his grandchildren, Noah, Zane, Joel, Anya Scacewater, Hayden, Lila and Clara Davitt; his siblings, Mike Scacewater and Karen Ward (Gary); his niece Crystal Ward; and his siblings-in-law, Jan Millsap (Hal) and Dick Lambden (Jan).
