He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Setser and Katherine Setser; his former wife Peggy; his wife Linda Conger (Kelley); his sons, Richard Scott Setser and Brian Setser (Marney); his stepson Brad Conger (Melissa); his daughter Amy Daggett (Richard); his stepdaughter Kelli Lawson (Mike); and his brothers, Terry Setser (Regina) and Mark Setser (Cheryl). He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren.
