We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2019, at the age of 80, Richard Cooper (Joplin, Missouri), born in Lamar, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold B. Cooper and Hester Wagaman Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Frances Sue Harter; and his sister Kay Morris (Mike). He is also survived by three great nieces and nephews; and three great great nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Joplin Humane Society and MSSU LionBackers, in care of Parker Mortuary.
