He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Biggs and Ida Biggs (late Ann Biggs); and his former wife Ann. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Starnes-Biggs; his children, Jill Wells (Joe Wells) of Joplin, Missouri, Jane Sperry (late Doug Sperry) of Lowell, Arkansas and Rex Scott Biggs (Pinkie Biggs) of San Antonio, Texas.; and his stepdaughters, Susan Pon (Starnes) of Springfield, Jacque Starnes of Strafford and Chantel Rotert (Rusty Rotert) of Springfield. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
