He is survived by: his children, Melinda Miller Crowe (Larry) of Overland Park, Rebecca Miller Gurley (Curtis) of Farmington, Mary Miller Williams of Joplin, MO. and Thomas Gray Miller (Patti) of St. Louis, Missouri; his grandchildren, Kert Crowe (Scarlett), Nathan Crowe (Katie), Laura Crowe Koch (Shelby), Jackson Gurley (Madison), Davis Gurley (Lauren), Elizabeth Williams, Riley, Molly and Madison Miller; and his great grandchildren, Whitaker, Alexander, Evelyn, Barrett and Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to The First Presbyterian Church of Joplin, Joplin. Special Olympics, or a charity of your choice.
