He is survived by: his mother Janet Carver (Hammerly); his son-in-law Peter Smith; his girlfriend Marilyn Collins; his daughters, Juanita Smith of Hot Springs, Carrie Timberlake (Michael) of Kansas City and Elizabeth Keeling (Kody) of Joplin, Missouri; his grandchildren, Zachery Smith, Michaela Timberlake, Donovan Smith, Olivia McFarland, Lewis McFarland, Cassidee Timberlake, Jayden Utter, Ashton Smith, Rowdy Utter, Odin Keeling and Easton Keeling; and his great grandchildren, Isabelle McFarland-Stigall and Nyla Timberlake.
