She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hoffman and Vera Barrett Hoffman. She is survived by: her siblings, Sandy Mock (Lanny) of Carl Junction and Ronald Hoffman of Joplin; her sons, Christopher and Brian Currey; and her grandchildren, Jasmine, Gavin, Derrick, Alex, Madison and Brookelyn.
Phyllis Ann Currey (Hoffman) lost her race against Parkinson's on August 15, 2019 at the age of 73.
