She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Wallace; her daughter Evelyn Clark; and her great grandchild Ocean Dunaway. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Lewis (Gary) of Spring, Wendie Dunaway (Mike) of Pleasant Grove, Kristie Gove (late Martin) of Chandler Arizona and Rick (Susan) of Neosho; and also Utah Temple. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 33 great- grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson.
