She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin R. Swofford and Lucy Swofford. She is survived by: her sons, Rick Lewis (Becky) and Larry Lewis (Janette); her grandchildren, Justin Lewis (Stephanie), Jessica Clements (Ryan), Staci Thompson (Brad) and Kristi Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Grayson, Brooklyn Lewis, Calvin, Noah, Finley Clements, Brooke, Emma and Liam Thompson.
