He is survived by: his wife Mary Christeena Phillips (Hirshey); his children, Tony Phillips (Beverly) of Los Fresnos, Don Phillips (Tammy) of Carthage, Janet Phillips of Carthage and Paula Phillips of Round Rock; and his grandchildren, Andrew Phillips, Mark Phillips, Heather Phillips, Danielle Kessinger and Paul Phillips. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
