He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen L. Henson and Willie Catty Henson; his former wife Muriel Levone "Midge" Henson; and his children, Donald Dean Henson, Paul Leroy Henson, Jr. and Karen Ann Henson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Asbell Roth Henson; his children, Debra "Debby" Daniels (Don) of Jay, Cathy Olds (Kelly) of Carl Junction and Doug Henson (Penny) of Joplin; his stepchildren, James Roth, Jr. (Jamie) of Oronogo and Rick Roth of Webb City, Missouri; and his brother Arthur Henson (Virginia) of Joplin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
