He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Huggins, Sr. and Elaine Huggins (Everage). He is survived by: his siblings, William C. Huggins, Jr. of Joplin, Connie Cohn (Wayne) of Des Moine, IA and Theresa Lanning (John) of Bullhead City, Arizona. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews as well as numerous extended family.
