He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Garcia and Isabel Alicea. He is survived by: his wife Alicia Aviles Garcia; and his children, Tim, Jeff, Seth, Dorathea, Isabel and Raquel. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
