He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol Sue Welch (Moore); his wife Ava May Welch (Welsh); and his parents, Paul Welch and Myrtle Welch. He is survived by: his children, Robert Welch (Leni) of Webb City, MO and Paula Vornauf of Galena, KS; his stepdaughter Anita Lynn Highley (James Ray) of Grove, OK; and his grandchildren, Carol, Ian, Isaac, Lane, Micah, Raef, Addie and Austin. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
