He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Brown and Mary Brown (Kingston); and his brothers, Carl W Brown, Leo E Brown and Ivan Merle Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lou Jackson; his daughter Sally Jenkins (David) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Melissa Bown (Roger) of Springfield and Chad Jenkins (Shellie) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and his great grandchildren, Ian Holland, Kendyn Jenkins, Kasyn Jenkins and Savanna Bown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
