With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patty Lauener in Joplin, Missouri, who passed away on December 17, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Patty had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Patty may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lyndel Irwin and Geneva Irwin (Martin); her husband Alvin J. Lauener; her sons, Greg Lauener of Joplin and Ken Lauener (Cindi) of Joplin; and her granddaughters, Meagan McCall (David) of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Morgan Lauener of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to either American Cancer Society or Joplin Gardens, both in care of the mortuary.
