She is survived by: her husband Melvin "Lefty" Box; her grandchildren, Matthew Box (Peggy Box) and Erin Cornmen; her great grandchildren, Austun Box (Taylor), Dakota Box and Tyler Smith; her granddaughter Tiffany Dunn; her great grandchild Leighton Scofield of Joplin, MO; her great great grandchildren, Remi and Raelynn Box; and her daughter Becky Wallace.
