He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Miller and Anna Miller (Kamps); his sister Sandra Lefebvre; and his brothers-in-law, Dean Rigdon, Keith Rigdon, Glenn Rigdon, B. J. Russell, Beverly and Joe Halligan.
He is survived by: his wife Delores K. Miller; his children, Toni Jones (Randy), David Miller (Anita), Cheryl Graziani (Rob) and Jannel Heaston (Brett); his sisters, Margaret Ripley and Terry Comfort; and his sisters-in-law, Viola Rigdon, Sonya Rigdon, Phyllis Rigdon and Norma Russell. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
