He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Garrison and Dessie Hamilton Garrison (Hamilton); and his brothers, Jimmie Lee Garrison (Barb Garrison) and William Herschel Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Adams; his children, Teresa Garrison of Joplin and Brian Garrison (Julia) of Joplin, Missouri.; his brother Clarence Garrison (Bonnie) of Steelville, Missouri.; his sister-in-law Ellen Ryerson (late Richard) of Steelville; his grandchildren, Tyler Garrison of Joplin, Megan Lang (Corey) of Baxter Springs and Amber Garrison of Joplin, Missouri.; his great grandchild Laisyn Lang; and his parents-in-law, Willis and Alice Adams (Doss).
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Second Assembly of God Church (402 N Schifferdecker Ave, Joplin, MO 64801). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
