He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Bernice Marie Williams (Pauley); his wife Barbara Gail Smith; his sons, Nelson Williams Jr. and David Williams; and his siblings, Melvin Williams, Kenneth Williams, Velma Williams and Janice Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Skyla Fiorentino (Steven) of Alba, Kristie Williams of Joplin and Michael Williams of Fairland, Oklahoma; his sisters, Carol Hall of Granby and Norma Cantu (Gary) of El Dorado, Kansas; his close friend Ailene DeWelt of Joplin; his daughter-in-law Pam Williams; his sister-in-law Donna Henry; and also, Rhonda Myers (Willie Kuehn) of Oronogo, Kathy Frodge (Stephen) of Canyon Lake, Texas and Randy Foster (Melissa) of Canyon Lake, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
