She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hunsucker and Gladys Hunsucker (Neeley); her husband Vernon Cook; and her brother Max Hunsucker. She is survived by: her former husband Donald Moser Sr.; her children, Donald Moser Jr. (Brenda) of Joplin and Rebecca Moser (Jerry) of Edmond, OK; her grandchildren, Chris Perry (Heidy) of Edmond and Brett Perry (Lauren) of Edmond; her great grandchildren, Noah Perry and Dani Perry; and her sister-in-law Anna Mae Hunsucker of Kentucky. She is also survived by her parents and brother.
