He was predeceased by: his parents, Udah K. Felker and Maud Ella Patterson Felker; and his brother Udah Neil Felker. He is survived by: his wife Susan 'Sue' Spell; his sons, James Felker (Tammie) and Dusty Felker; his sister Janice Booe; his grandchildren, Austin, Josie and Aron; his sisters-in-law, Marguerite Sparrow and Pat Spell; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Scottish Rite Bodies, Valley of Joplin Building Fund, in care of Parker Mortuary.
