He is survived by: his wife Linda Westfall of Neosho; his children, Joshua Westfall (Kacee) of Joplin and Angela Westfall Fuselier (Eric) of Garfield, AR; his sisters, Cheryl Ramos (Tony) of Joplin and Patsy Dannelley-Murray (Steve) of Carl Junction; and his grandchildren, Dylan Westfall, Arrow Sue Fuselier and Celese Hacker.
