He was predeceased by: his sibling Leedell Lowe (Richard). He is survived by: his parents, Robert Lee Murphy Jr. and Joe Willie Jones; his close friend Tanya Palmer of Pittsburg; his son Payton "Harbin" Murphy of Joplin Missouri; and his sisters, Marie Hubley (Walter) and LaVerne Jones of Springfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, aunts and uncles.
