He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack R. Moore and Catherine M. Moore (Hunter). He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Jo Moore and Suzanne Marie Nixon; his brother-in-law Joe Miller; his wife Patricia Ann Moore (Miller); his son Brent Moore of Ozark, MO; his stepson Joshua King (Laura) of Webb City, MO; his sister Cynthia Jane Moore of Alba, MO; his aunt Diane Sue; his uncle James Hooper of Carthage; and his siblings-in-law, Lonnie Miller (Mary) of Joplin, Richard Miller (Nicole) of Joplin and Jeane Osborne (David) of Carthage, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
