Miller (Wolfe); his stepdaughter Michelle Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Michael Smith and Makayla Smith; his stepson Chris Dubois; his daughter Haylee Crump; his extended family, Jerrica Carver, Jessica Carver, Jason Carver, Don, Chris Williams, Judy Musselman, Will Ozuna and Gus Gustovich; and also Rylynn Smith. He is also survived by numerous friends and relatives.
