He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Johnson and Lois Johnson (Hester). He is survived by: his wife Kay Johnson of Joplin; his children, Jamie Johnson (Michelle) of Joplin, Michelle Hoag (John) of Des Moines, IA, Katy Kelley (Steven) of Joplin, Ryan Johnson (Juah) of Joplin and Lifelong (John Hicks) of Joplin; and his grandchildren, Laney Hoag, Dylan Altheide, Jackson Hoag, Kreighton Johnson, Kennedy Kelley, Karson Johnson, Kooper Kelley and Greenlea Johnson. He is also survived by his kids and grandkids.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund and may be entrusted to the mortuary.
