He is survived by: his children, Dwaine Boone of Joplin and April Boone (Crissy Boone) of Joplin; his siblings, Patricia Boone of Webb City, MO and Thomas Martin (Sue) of Fort Worth; and his grandsons, Dustin Michael Boone, William Thomas Boone and Brett Allen Boone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
