He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy "Buster" and Juanita Miller (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Diann Miller; his children, Dr. Matthew Miller (Melissa) of Racine, Marshall Miller (Agi) of Joplin, Dannielle Ayers, Lance of Edmond and Mahlon Miller (Lydia) of Columbia, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jacob, Alex, Haden, Aeryn, Dallas, Avery, Lindley, Kyson, Kennedy, Cannon, Luke, Ramsey, Mace, Westley, Ryker, Ava and Hannah; and his siblings, Sharon Steenrod of Seattle, Washington and Scott Miller of Joplin.
