He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Walbridge and Ethel Walbridge (Spain) of Butler, MO; his brother Gene Vernon Walbridge of Butler, MO; his daughter Leann Cole; and his son-in-law Chuck Cole of Carthage, MO..
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Wood of Joplin, MO; and his son Larry Walbridge (Angela) of Grove, OK. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Park Plaza Christian Church (3220 S Indiana Ave, Joplin, MO 64804).
