She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Cook; her former husband Harold Bullard; her children, Harold Edward Bullard, Cherrie Michelle Ellis (Bullard) and Lynn Cook; and her siblings, Ovella Kirkman, Dorothy Reynolds, Rosie Terry, Patsy Edwards, Joyce Melton, Cherry Ann Cupp and Charles Edward Cupp.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Cook (Liza) of Springfield, Sheryl Ferguson (Richard) of Alabama, Geri Moore (Eric) of Mississippi and Sandy Gettelfinger (Richard) of Indiana; and her siblings, Opal Cupp of Joplin, Mary Simonson (Kenneth) of Joplin, James Everett Cupp (Vera) of Joplin and Margrette Sturgis (Jay) of Joplin. She is also survived by 50 grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
