She is survived by: her husband John Cook; her children, Jennifer "Ferfer" Owens of Neosho, Belinda "Deeda" Miller (Michael) of Neosho, David "Bird" Brown of Neosho and Trevor "Bubba" Brown of Neosho; her siblings, Tammy Cook of Neosho, Crystal Brigham of Joplin, Melinda Mikulas of Neosho, Terry Cook (Marsha) of Springdale and James Woodall (Melissa) of Fort Smith, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Brayden, Brett, Alaina Grace, Ryder, Caden, Willow Jean, Aiden, Honey "Lulu", Leana Barker (Blake), Devin and Lexi; her great grandchild Thane Barker; and her mother-in-law Peggy Cook. She is also survived by extended family and friends including bonus grandchildren children, nieces, nephews.
