He was predeceased by: his parents, Marietta O'Toole and James O'Toole; and his siblings, Danny O'Toole and Ellen Binder. He is survived by: his wife Joy Brown; his daughters, Kelly Langham (Josh) of Centerton, AR. and Annie Yost (Jason); his grandchildren, Kellen Yost and Caroline Yost of Joplin, MO.; and his siblings, Larry O'Toole (Margie) of Springfield, MO. and Barbara Dopuch (Dan) of St. Louis, MO.. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
